Screenshots, PNG, and WebP too
Image to PDF
Image to PDF is for mixed stills, not a camera-roll of JPEGs only. Drop PNG screenshots, WebP exports from a browser, and the occasional JPG scan; each file becomes a page. The converter is the same in-browser engine as JPG to PDF (pdf-lib, on your device), but this page is written for people who live in screenshots and transparent UI captures rather than photo printouts.
Choose A4 or Letter when the PDF must print. Choose fit-to-image when a tall screenshot should not be letterboxed into empty paper. Margins keep a screenshot off the cutter. WebP flattens in the tab; PNG transparency usually survives until a JPEG page flatten. Nothing is uploaded. If you only have JPEGs from a phone, the JPG to PDF page speaks that job more directly.
PNG, WebP, and JPEG files are read locally and never uploaded.
No files yet. Drop them above. They stay in this tab and are never uploaded.
How to turn images into a PDF
- Drop PNG, WebP, or JPEG files, including screenshots and scans.
- Pick A4, Letter, or fit-to-image, then margin and orientation.
- Reorder the list so slides or captures read in the right sequence.
- Create PDF and download. The images stayed in this browser.
Image to PDF without a screenshot uploader
Chat apps and “print to PDF” dialogs are fine until you need five captures in order, privately. This landing does not send PNGs to a conversion API. It also is not a design tool: no annotations, no OCR. For JPEG-only camera dumps, use JPG to PDF. For mixed UI grabs, stay here.
Questions
- Can I convert PNG to PDF without uploading?
- Yes. Drop PNG files here. They are embedded in a PDF on your device. Nothing is sent to an image-to-PDF server.
- How is this different from JPG to PDF?
- Same engine, different job. JPG to PDF is aimed at photo JPEGs. This page is for mixed screenshots, PNG, and WebP, with copy and FAQs for those files.
- Will a transparent PNG stay transparent in the PDF?
- Often yes when the PNG embeds as PNG. If a file has to be converted (for example some WebP), transparency may flatten onto white.
- Can I make a PDF from browser screenshots?
- Yes. Export or copy captures as PNG or WebP, drop them, set fit-to-image if they are tall, and create the PDF in this tab.
- Is there a file limit for image to PDF?
- The cap is this browser’s memory, plus the site’s per-file size guard (large camera files). There is no daily conversion quota because there is no account.
