First page, corner, locally
Add a letterhead logo to a PDF
A quiet PNG in the corner of page 1, not tiled DRAFT. Drop the PDF, pick a transparent logo, keep first page only. The mark is drawn in this tab. It is a picture on the page, not a lock.
No files yet. Drop them above. They stay on your computer.
They stay on your computer. Nothing is uploaded.
When to use this
Use this when a PDF needs a letterhead mark on page 1: a company PNG in a corner, not tiled DRAFT across every sheet. First page only is the default. Rotation stays at 0.
The logo is a picture on the page. It does not encrypt the file. Anyone with an editor can cover it. For diagonal words, use Stamp DRAFT. For a handwritten name, use Sign a PDF.
Stay on Stamp logo if you already know you want every page. Come here for the letterhead job.
How to do it
- Drop one PDF, then pick a logo image. Transparent PNG is cleanest.
- Choose a corner or center, margin, size, and opacity. Rotation is 0.
- Keep First only for letterhead, or tick more pages if you need them.
- Add logo and download. The original stays on disk.
Tips
- Top-left or top-right is the usual letterhead spot.
- A large PNG can bloat the file. Compress after if the download is heavy.
- This is not a watermark tile and not a password.
Questions
How is this different from a DRAFT watermark?
Watermark is for tiled or diagonal words. This page is a single upright mark, often on the first page only.
Can I stamp only the first page?
Yes. First only is the default. Switch to All or tick pages if you need more.
Is the logo uploaded?
No. It is embedded locally. Close the tab and the working files are gone.
