Print several pages on one sheet

Pages per sheet places 2, 4, 6, or 9 PDF pages onto each sheet of A4, Letter, or Legal paper. Two pages use a landscape sheet. Four, six, and nine use portrait. Each page is scaled to fit its cell, with a small gap, and the shape is kept. pdf-lib draws the real pages in this browser, so text stays selectable. The original on disk is unchanged.

Use it for handouts, reading packets, and drafts you want to print with less paper. Unlock password-protected PDFs on your computer first. Comments and form fields are not copied onto the sheet. Close the tab and the working files are gone.

Free. There is no paid tier. No account. They stay on your computer. Nothing is uploaded.

## How to put several PDF pages on one sheet

1. Drop one PDF. It is read in this tab, never uploaded.
2. Choose 2, 4, 6, or 9 pages per sheet.
3. Choose A4, Letter, or Legal. Two-up uses landscape. The others use portrait.
4. Build the PDF and download. The file you dropped stays on disk.

## Pages per sheet without uploading

Most “PDF pages per sheet” sites take the file and rebuild it on a server, often as flat pictures. This page lays the real pages out in JavaScript. There is no account and no queue. If it fails, the file never sat on someone else’s disk.

### Can I put several PDF pages on one sheet without uploading?

### Will the text still be selectable?

Yes. The pages are drawn as PDF pages, not turned into pictures. You can still select text in the download.

### What if the last sheet is not full?

The remaining cells stay blank. A 5-page file at 4 per sheet becomes two sheets, and the second sheet has one page.

### Do comments and form fields come along?

No. The sheet copies the page content. Comments, links, and form fields are not placed on the new pages.

### Will this change my original PDF?

No. You download a new file. The PDF you dropped stays on disk.
